Technical Support
What do I do if I'm having a technical problem accessing the workshop or lessons?
You can find step-by-step solutions to a number of common technical problems in the Teachable support center.
The lesson videos won't play.
If you're having a problem playing the lesson videos, one of these solutions may resolve the issue.
Refresh the web page. As basic as it sounds, try refreshing the web page.
Try a different web browser. Sometimes out-of-date web browsers can cause issues when playing course videos. We recommend using an updated version of Chrome or Firefox.
Test your internet speed. Sometimes a slow internet connection can cause videos not to play properly. Visit www.speedtest.net to see if your internet connection speed is the culprit. Or try connecting to another WiFi network to see if the problem is resolved.
If using a mobile device, switch to a computer. Although Teachable course videos can play on mobile devices, they will not work the same as in a web browser. For instance, videos will not autoplay on mobile devices as they will on a desktop browser.
What if I'm still having a problem?
If you are experiencing more advanced technical difficulties or certain system errors, please send an email to us at [email protected] with your full name, the title of the workshop, and a full description of the trouble you're experiencing. Be sure to include the URL of the page, as well as what browser and operating system you're using.
